Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
