Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.

This man was fantastic He put a cat flap into a brick wall , he even went further as to put shelving for the cat to walk along as i am in a first floor flat, he was very pleasant , cleaned up after himself , and very reasonable rates, I would recommmend him to any one that needs his skills without a doubt .
