Karl was a nice guy, came up with a reasonable quote and worked through some modifications to the quote, however, I was unable to hire him as he refused to have any kind of written agreement / contract confirming the terms of the work. It’s a shame, because I wanted to work with Karl but wasn’t willing to spend so much money with nothing specific in writing.

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. After giving this company 5 star rating i have now changed it to a 1 , did as they advised waited a few days for cement to dry then hosed my wall and left to dry wall looks bad,rang Chris who assured me he would come out on tuesday,no show i rang him using 3 phones as he blanked my calls said hed come out today,no show blanked my messages ,use at your peril now have hire someone to rectify his bad work
