Jesse and his team were really friendly and communicative. Quoted quickly and did the work in no time at all. Chimney looks great and improved the problem, which may have been outside the scope of the initial job. The team followed up and did additional inspections and work at no additional cost. Homecraft UK Ltd were of no help with general gardening by their own admission although that was what I had requested. However they did contract to clean, repair and renew the guttering and replace and fix any broken and missing roof tiles. This they did with great thoroughness and attention to detail, and made a really good job, although I thought the price was high. Having said that, they went the extra mile to ensure a good job.
