Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Paul rang minutes after i asked for a full rewire and was very reassuring on the phone. He gave me a professional, itemised quote. I agreed with him that i would book an airbnb and sealed up all the furniture in every room with dust sheets. When he turned up he wanted £2,000 more for the job than initially quoted and to bodge it with kinetic switches. I went for the next cheapest electrician on the list who happily held to their price having seen the property. I am £250 down on the airbnb + a days leave.
