Having been badly let down by our previous builder we had a number of smallish jobs that needed finishing. Lukasz was an ideal choice given the breadth of services offered. The safety certificate job was much more expensive than expected due to non compliance with the current code which, although seemingly not the company’s fault, seems ridiculous.

Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
