George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Tomasz refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Job was done on time, when agreed and the cost was reasonable for the work carried out. We discovered water damage behind our bath, which was unknown, and Tomasz replaced the damaged wall and we agreed a reasonable price for this. Would stay well clear of this company was promised a full refund for a job that wasn’t done right and still waiting on a refund ended up costing me more money to put it right
I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
