His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Michael contacted me until he got my permission to inspect the property this weekend. He did that and got back to me immediately with a quote which I got him to email to me. I am now considering whether I can afford to proceed but thus far I cannot fault his enthusiasm fo the job. His overall review is good at 4.5 stars but I will have to ensure that leaks will be properly fixed before I proceed.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
