George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We are a small family run company that has provided effective Damp Proof solutions throughout the North-West for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on Price, Quality and the reassurance that all our work is covered under the Indemnity Insurance Guarantee.
We were initially pleased but they turned out to be unreliable and failed to return to finish the job despite promising to do so on several occasions. Wouid not recommend.

2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.
They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Phil came on the 20th of September. We supose to have a quote in 2 days. Today is 11th of September and we still waitting. Dont bodered to contact them. We will never again trust someone with no ratings.
