Tom came to quote up my job quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of work needed whilst putting my mind at ease. William took videos of the roof to show us and explain what was going on up there and what was needed to put it right. He showed up when he said he would (weather permitting of course) he and his team worked their socks off to get the roof fixed for us.
