I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. ****Builders from hell- Stay well away *** Robbed me of 70K left my house in a totally destroyed state and an open roof. Used constant threats to extort money. The little work that was carried out, no building control approval was sought and work done was substandard and had to be redone. Left the work once I informed building control and declined to return back, comply with inspection, rectify the work or provide any refund despite providing a work evaluation by an independent quantity surveyor.
