I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. Leanne was great on the other end of the phone: helpful & willing to provide info & updates throughout the process. Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Reasonable price as well. Absolutely delighted with the result. Also followed up the work with a courtesy call to check all was well. I would recommend them to anyone

He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????

Within minutes of placing my ad, Stuart contacted me regarding coming to have a look at what precisely I needed doing and give me a quote. The work was quickly and efficiently carried out professionally and was invited to check the progress, and comprehensive explanations given. All equipment was removed and area cleaned up on completion, and I was also told how to care for my new fence and gate. A wonderful team.
