Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.
Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house.
