They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
