Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. I would certainly use Eren and team again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dan and his colleague built a rather large red brick wall for me which I am very pleased with. They were fast, tidy and efficient. They were also able to give advise on the best way to finish off the top of the wall. Secondly, they used the right mix of cement and lime to continue with the same colour mortar. They were also able to calculate exactly the quantity of bricks, cement etc. I would need so therefore there was very little wastage. I would definitely use them again.
Do not be fooled by Stephen's laid back nature and quite approach, the structural building work we asked him to undertake was, once agreed, carried out to the letter, completed on time, to a very high standard and within budget. We would not hesitate using Stephen again for any building work.
