Did a great job on my roof. Came round and quoted when they said they would, found extra work was needed during the job but took lots of images and explained what was needed. Great team and work was great and they cleaned up really well after… I’d highly recommend them.

Dan came within 30 mins of me publishing the job. He assessed the work, gave me a quote which he allowed me to negotiate with. We shook hands. He went to collect the materials, returned in less than an hour and completed the job in 20 minutes. Excellent service, impossible to get better than that.

To whom it may concern. The team at Manchester's Roofing & Guttering -Building & Home improvements where excellent !! They arrived on time (which is hard to come across) they gave me options of what's best to do with my Roof-line. All workers where very nice & professional, I was kept up-to-date as the work was being carried out, my property was kept tidy everyday, I would highly recommend Manchester's Roofing & Guttering they done fantastic job at a fair price. Very pleasant lads. Came at the appointed time. Price quoted was the price charged. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them and will be using them again.

I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

They set a date to come and quote the job but never turned up. After getting in touch with them again and rearranged stayed in all day waiting but still never turned up. They now don’t respond to my text messages, was very disappointed still have the gutter problem

Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.
