Everything was completed on time, at the time that had been arranged. I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. The explanation of the probable cause was explained to me , and l feel reasonably confident that the treatment will solve the problem .

..the most pathetic company I have used in 40 years as a homeowner..the whole company is in question, the work hardly ever started on time - traffic was to blame - except that Google maps told me that their wasn't a hold up.
