Gerasimos did a floor fitting for me in a bathroom and hallway. He did an excellent job. The hallway has 4 doors and he dealt with this really well, he followed every small detail and curve. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I have 34 years experience in property maintenance, specialising in plastering, brickwork repairs, roof repairs, fencing.
The stud wall put in is very uneven having a big bump from ceiling to floor where two walls meet the stud. They did both walls so it’s totally their fault. I would say Bryan is an okay plasterer but it was an absolute mess and very sloppy. i now have had other plasterers So know what it’s supposed to look like. I had never had a wall plastered before. He refused to give me an invoice. He asked me to pay into his wife’s account. It was all very bizzarr. I would not recommend & would say be wary.

I don't recommend anyone to use Concept & Constructions. They've wasted my time & been disrespectful. I met several builders and chose C&C (telling other builders they'd not been chosen). C&C visited for a 2nd time. We agreed additional work and a start date a week later. I laid all agreements out in an email for clarity. But next day I got a one line email saying they wouldn't do the job. They won't take my calls or reply to emails. I'm left with no builder and no explanation. 2 months wasted. Not happy.
