Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

When communicating with Mr Mercer it became clear that he is keen to provide good service and value for money, rather than take advantage for a quick buck. The job I needed was a small one, so small a lot of people weren’t interested. However Mr Mercer could see it was an accident waiting happen and helped me out.

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. The work was delivered in a timely way and to a very high standard. The guys were always cleaning up after themselves and always left the site clean and tidy. Fred is my go-to builder from now on and have no hesitation in recommending him to others!!

Fixed brickwork on our house. The repair left brick dust on nearby bricks, which they said would disappear in a few months, but it never did. Having said that, the quality was good and the repairs stood the test of time, which is exactly what we wanted.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). After waiting two years for the bloke to rectify my loose slabs I wouldn’t recommend this bloke to anybody . They became loose after nine months and after lots of promises to come back and do the job properly failed to do so.
