Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. They collected the items from upstairs, being very careful not to damage any wallpaper, ceilings or door frames. Very polite. Although chimney repair work was done well enough, the subsequent roof repair work was very poor. After complaining and sending photos of the bad workmanship, they returned and did all the work they should have done first time as originally agreed. However, after chasing for 3 months, the promised insurance-backed guarantee was sent as a photo and the insurance company shown, Home Pro, confirmed they were not insured, so the “guarantee” is worthless. Poor workmanship, over-priced and misleading information.
