James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Patrick and team are highly professional and gave an excellent finishing work with an elegant look and feel, created new single hard-stand driveway, with Retaining walls and beautiful paving across. As I do not had any knowledge around requirements from highways and condition from planning on requirements like gradient on slop for new driveway, Retaining walls, Patrick explained and took the driveway work from scratch to finish plus he is also going to complete wo with dropping the kerb. Excellent work! I would give 10 stars if I could. This is a delayed review because when dealing with dampness, it is irrelevant what the work looks like straight after. Much better to look 6 months down the line. I can confidently say this father/ son team are way better than any 'damp specialist' I hired. Just look online, do your own research to find out what the problem is, then get these guys to do the work. You will not be disappointed. Went over and above what was required.
