Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. His price was very competitive and completed the works needed in the time frame he initially gave. Spent all day with a colleague fixing my issue and so far seems to have done a great job.
