To repeat I sent you the links of exactly what I had ordered. I’m afraid I don’t see that as an excuse. My advice is that you create a template statement of works which you complete and then get the customer to sign off before you come onsite. That way there is no misunderstanding.

Doru changed my fitted wardrobe doors and fitted new drawers in the wardrobe. Brilliant work, solid dip drawers that hold a lotos clothes. Harry and his team turned up when they said they would. Kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. All were very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to clean up after themselves. Very pleased with my new ceiling and spotlights and my outside sensor lights. Has given my property a fresh look. I would add that Harry wants to ensure you are happy with the work and if you have any queries, Harry addresses them. This is rather refreshing.

Avoid A1 Trading at all costs, he did an extremely poor job on relaying my kitchen roof. A bread and butter job for any decent builder but this one couldn’t seem to grasp the basics. Poor quality of workmanship means I still have a leaky roof. He also lied about forwarding the receipt by saying he would email it to me but now he now won’t answer my texts or return my calls so he’s also done a runner. I’m retired in my 70’s and view this ‘tradesperson’ like a criminal, A1 Trading deserves 0 stars.
