UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.

What a refreshing change , Dean arrived at the time he said he would to inspect my roof and quote for the repair works , he arrived with his lovely dog Winston. Dean explained in detail what repairs were needed , did a video to show me visually. Gave me a quote which I was happy with. Returned the following day on time ,got on with the repair works and showed me photographs of the repair works , he also went the extra mile to replace some tiles too. A really nice , genuine guy , would highly recommend.

John and his team have done a great job over the last 4 days. John always listens to my concerns and deals with them. He has installed new gutters and repaired some roofing issues. It hasn’t rained yet to test the new gutters but John has given me every confidence that he will return if there is an issue with his teams work.
