I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.

I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Please note, any excess stated within your policy wording, will still apply. Aspray (Swindon) is a trading name of (TGV Projects). The recent storm Darragh caused havoc with the garden neighbouring fence- naturally a busy time for tradesmen who unfortunately were clearly taking advantage with their quotes and amount of work required. M and C landscaping were contacted and were able to give a reasonable quote for just the necessary works required and completed it all within a week ensuring all repairs prior to Christmas - so impressed that looking to have other works completed that the firm can offer - thanks team
