Excellent all round. Could not have been better. These guys were timely, efficient, cleaned as they went, very hard working and superb value for money. We are very pleased with the conversion of our garage into a bedroom with en-suite shower room. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. We will be using them again soon for a larger job and would highly recommend.

Rob did a great job for us - he and his team were reliable, quick, and good fun on site, and the work sailed through its Building Control inspection. Rob made sure we were happy with everything, and we would definitely use his services again in future.

Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
