I advertised for a Painter Decorator having looked Mr Art rating I chose them. Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them. Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

I was extremely disappointed with the work done to seal the joints on the polycarbonate roof to my garden room. A very messy job which resulted in rain coming in just as before. I was even more disappointed when this tradesperson promised to come back on various occasions to rectify his bad workmanship but failed to show up on each occasion. I am of the opinion that he is not qualified to carry out roofing works.
