Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

We wanted a good reliable tradesmen who could give us a good price for the installation of a lantern light window on our flat roof . Turned up when he said he would, stuck to quoted amount exactly (which was inside my original budget). Task completed exactly as I described even though I wasn't there to oversee on the day. Easy to deal with, reliable, trustworthy, can't ask for much more in the situation at all.
