Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. The subfloor was not put down correctly and isn't completely flat in my doorway between rooms. Actually there is a very small area that is missing subfloor altogether, so this causes the flooring to sink in everytime we walk in and out of the room. It's has now cracked in this area. The flooring is only a couple of months old and we now need to have to purchase new floor and have it fitted correctly. I've messaged Rey on this platform and called and txt his personal number but have had no reply. Shocking.
