Quick and efficient and a job well done fitting skirting board to our irregular shaped walls. Kim and co were friendly and quickly came back to fix something that needed attention a couple of weeks after the job had been completed and payment had been made. Would use again - thank you!

I highly recommend Martin. Using a Dorff machine to strip paint from external walls he was accurate in describing the outcome and I was highly satisfied. He was on time, reliable and even willing to travel to East London from Grantham showing commitment to working. I would not hesitate to recommend Proctors cleaning services.

Gheorge is a superstar. He came at short notice to view the job and after giving a very reasonable price began work. Gheorge ensured the work area was protected from paint and did a top quality job in the deadline given. A real professional. Would definitely recommend.

Scott refitted our small main bathroom. He offered helpful advice and alternative ideas which were most helpful. Scott was pleasant at all times. His quote was very fair and he was always punctual. We felt at ease to leave Scott with a key while we were at work. When a slight issue arose requiring attention outside of Scott's working schedule, he came to our rescue! He even changed over a tap in another bathroom at very short notice, We recommend Scott and would be very happy to use Scott's services again.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

We wanted a good reliable tradesmen who could give us a good price for the installation of a lantern light window on our flat roof . Not only did SDF flat roofing give us this , but also did an excellent job keeping us informed On the progress of the work , and went that extra mile to complete the work in a professional manner and seem to take pride in what they were doing , We would strongly recommend this company . Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.
