Scott refitted our small main bathroom. He offered helpful advice and alternative ideas which were most helpful. Scott was pleasant at all times. His quote was very fair and he was always punctual. We felt at ease to leave Scott with a key while we were at work. When a slight issue arose requiring attention outside of Scott's working schedule, he came to our rescue! He even changed over a tap in another bathroom at very short notice, We recommend Scott and would be very happy to use Scott's services again.

Martin Walker did a good job but trying to get him back to fix faults has been frustrating, at first he promised not to let me down but never turned up and now he won't even answer my calls. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and I have only written this after a nearly a year of trying to get him back to fix faults in the original installation.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

I am very happy with the work James has recently completed for me which consisted of building a wall for my garage conversion. He takes a lot of pride in his work and was very professional. James was knowledgable, punctual and very tidy. I am very happy with the work James completed. I will be booking him for future works. Sam has done all our building work since his first job for us last year. He has a very professional attitude, is totally trustworthy and honest.His work is excellent and he leaves no mess behind him! He has done quite a few jobs for us this year and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.
