He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. I had few people coming to check the tiling job and he was the only one who came and explained in details what needs to be done, what things to avoid and suggestions of how to make things better.
