This was a large refurbishment job including structural work, quality carpentry, kitchen installation and final decoration and finishing. JSR Construction provided good advice, pragmatic solutions to problems as they arose, as they inevitably do on such jobs and did a great job overall. Thoroughly recommended.

I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome.
