Aurelia and her friend did a end of tenancy service with me. We spoke on the phone and arranged a day right away. They both come on time or in fact earlier than agreed which is nice. They did an excellent job cleaning my previous flat they were very miticulous and the attention to detail is superb. They even cleaned the balcony even though that wasnt agreed in our plan. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
