Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

I used this trader recently for an end of tenancy carpet clean and was amazed! I wasn't expecting the carpets to come up as well as they have. They stayed as long as the job took and my carpets needed a lot of work. The people were polite and professional. My wife and I wanted the job doing with the least disturbance possible and to the highest standard of quality. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job. After the job was complete they they cleaned up the area they had worked in. I would have no reason not to strongly recommend them.
