Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done!
