Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. We are a small family run bathroom company called Stoned Immaculate. We have been making beautiful bathrooms, shower rooms and wet rooms for over thirty years. All work is fully insured and guaranteed and carried out by one of our highly experienced installers. Our number one priority is to ensure customer satisfaction during and on completion of your project which is why we have a projects manager overseeing the works and liaising with the client throughout.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings. We decided to go with Mariusz's layout and many of his suggestions for the fittings. The finished bathroom is absolutely outstanding and beyond our expectations. Mariusz is truly a master craftsman.

He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
