We used Marek and his team to repair pool tiles and redo paving around a pool. They were very friendly and professional and quote was competitive. Quality of work was high, using specialist materials for the work. They worked fast to complete the job, and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. Highly recommended.

Richard was able to offer not only a competitive quote, but was also able to identify and solve some challenging installment issues with ease. He was able to over me several options on the work I required, and also provided a quality of work that I could not find fault with. We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.

The quote was provided quickly and the work carried out on the arranged day. After giving time for the floor to harden I found it was very uneven and sloped in two directions. I have had to correct it by applying a floor screed. Also some rubbish was left in the rear access passage behind the houses. It was agreed that it would pick it up but it wasn’t so I had to remove it so it didn’t obstruct the alley way for my neighbours.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The fitter left the job incomplete, with countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend.

Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
