Very poor workmanship, shower continuously leaking, poor itemised quote leading to confusion about what's involved in the quote. Builder kept hassling me for final payment when work clearly wasn't finished. Massive cost of extras when asked for receipts they showed very little expenditure.

  Builder left paint all over carpet and floor, the Lino that he laid wasn't stuck down properly coming away at edges. Removed rubbish that he stacked on the doorstep at 11 o'clock at night waking and frightening the neighbours. Still waiting for a receipt to be sent for the mixer taps which he claims we're new, but a plumber who had to fix his work said they appear old

  after this job was finished we went on to do another 2 flats,with no problem as the same as this 1.the person is a bad payer and expects more work on top at no extra cost.tells you that he is pleased with the work till its time to pay.he owes alot of money with regards to all the work.taking further action.

  moved client in a week before finish date,added work making out it was down to us.asked us to remove rubbish which he was ment to do,gettin us out at 11 at night to remove rubbish.

  Very poor workmanship crying for his money before the job is finished, uses second hand materials, still waiting on receipt for shower that he said was new but kept leaking another plumber looked at it and said it was old and worn out. Removal of rubbish was in contract as you would expect, I've never heard of a customer removing there own rubbish. Shower wasn't sealed kept leaking into downstairs flat.

  Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
