Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Just awful. Made a complete mess of the bathroom. Not one tile is flush. Pieces missing from shower. Thinks that silicone is better than using a screw. Never reads a manual. So much more that I cannot put in here. Left driveway stained with tile cement. Said they would come back to fix and never did. Avoid at all costs.
