Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. He fixed two dripping taps and a slow-filling cistern. He was frank and honest about his inability to fix a third dripping tap without risking damage to some tiling. I decided not to take the risk. So both the job and his payment were smaller than originally envisaged. His frankness in such circumstances shows that he is trustworthy. I’d happily hire him again.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Fantastic job. Delivered on time despite a few unexpected snags along the way. Standard of work top notch, on-site team great, personable, experienced and diligent. Daily clean up was thorough.The flat is in a block of 40 plus, we received really positive feed back from the other residents. They will be invited back to do our kitchen. Colin can turn his hand to anything. A brilliant worker and has a very high attention to detail. The coving in the house dates back to the 1930s and not available to purchase any more. Coming was able to band make a section of the coving and honestly you could not tell. Great Job. So good have engaged him on a number of additional projects since and the standards are exceptional.
