I advertised for a Painter Decorator having looked Mr Art rating I chose them. Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them. When they completed they left my property in clean state. I would use them again any time.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. 20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
I would highly recommend Dan. My kitchen sink was blocked and it turned out not to be a simple blockage. He had to get to the pipework under my bath (not easy because of wooden panelling) and lower the pipe as it was bowed and drill through the wall and reconnect the outside pipe. He worked hard, was very personable and, as I say, I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. Thanks Dan.
