We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

Having previously been let down by an unscrupulous builder who only gutted my house in 6 weeks; I could not move into my house as it was bereft of a kitchen or bathroom. Initially I asked Silvui to install a new bathroom which he did efficiently in timely fashion. He then installed a new kitchen. He was sensitive, punctual, reliable,hardworking, and professional. We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days.
