Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Arrived promptly and were friendly. Kindly did not charge us for call out as no further work could be done.

Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.
Do not pay attention that we are new on this website...the experience is ours! We do: rendering, painting and decorating, floors and carpeting, woodwork,tiling and flooring, plumbing, windows and doors, brickwork, electrics.
