Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I had to replace a conventional boiler with a combi and assumed it would be a big job, how wrong was I. Two days after quoting for the job everything was completed in one day. Patrick did an amazing job and went out of his way to explain everything clearly. On completion the place was left spotless and I couldn’t be happier with my shiny new boiler!
