Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!

A fast pleasant experience, came out took in what was required and sorted the problem with minimum of fuss. Tidy work. We needed a quick but high class turn around on our bathroom which required a lot of work right back to levelling the floor. Craig and his team did not fail to deliver right the way through from planning to recommendations of materials cheapest is always the best !
