Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. John was quick to quote, arrived when he said he would and provided a written quote there and then. Work was completed quickly and tidily, well within the agreed timescales, including additional work that was identified while removing tiles. Quality of the work is good, John went out of his way to source tiles that were appropriate for the age of the building. Overall very happy with work done for us and would happily recommend.
