Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Niall and Elliot replied to my post to put a new back on my bathroom door but thanks to their skills I now have a beautiful brand new door which they have just fitted so carefully they deserve more than 5 stars . I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

Completed the job to a satisfactory level after a seriously delayed start date. In just under 2 years the sealant split from the shower tray and created bathroom and hall carpet flooding, requested Alex to take a look and give me a quotation to repair, despite a number of attempts to have him visit the property he stopped taking my calls. I wasnt even asking him to repair it free of charge even though i had a good case to do so. This job was for my elderly 92 year old father who now has to step on a sodden
