I have been doing plumbing and heating since 2013 I started when I was 19 just doing boilers and radiators, the last 5-6 years I’ve mainly been doing bathrooms and I love them got a great little team together including a joiner and electrician we still do all aspects of the job, I did plumbing at chesterfield collage, I didn’t start that until I was 23 with 16-17 year olds I became the second teacher in our class Get a bathroom fitted from howarth heating you won’t look back for sure ???? I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.

No work started or completed decided to go down a different route.
We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
