Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. He even cleared a blockage in the basin trap unasked. We found him to be very prompt, cheerful, friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to use him again.

Callum arrived on the day I contacted him, to replace a kitchen tap. Other plumbers were quoting 10 to 14 days before they could attend. He arrived early and carried out the replacement efficiently and confidently, leaving no mess or leaks when the job was finished. Only slight criticism was that his price was much higher than other quotes received.

Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.
